Each BREWHA brewery brewing system includes one of these unitank fermenters. Quickly and affordably expand your brewery capacity with these revolutionary jacketed unitank fermenters that let you mash, boil, chill, ferment and serve, in one!

The new features of our NEW 5-in-1 models include:

• NEW dimple water jacketing for faster heat transfer
• NEW permanent insulation and outer stainless steel cladding for lower energy consumption and ability to achieve a lower crash temperature
• NEW second large lid port for easy boil hop addition (1.5BBL and larger; Medium and Large have a single 4" for hop addition)
• NEW additional port at maximum batch volume level facilitating rapid cool down of wort post boil
• 4mm SS 304 interior tank wall (3BBL and larger); 2mm exterior 304SS cladding
• two racking ports for option of mid cone or lower cone racking/serving
• completely removable lids make insertion of Mash Colander possible and provide much easier access for thorough cleaning
• heater ports in the cone for the optional easy addition of immersion water heaters
• Includes stainless casters, valves and fittings (15BBL is on caster pads, not casters)
  

Each 5-in-1 BIAC brewery fermenter include the following accessories:

• heater assemblies (connect to the BIAC Brewery Electric Power Controller using extension cords supplied with the BIAC system)
• ETC temperature sensor/controller (to monitor fermentation temperature)
• pressure/vacuum relief, ball valves and sanitary tri-clamp fittings
• stainless casters for space flexibility (15BBL has adjustable footpads)

With this hardware, each brewery fermenter can be directly brewed in by using the Mash Colander, Pump and Power Controller that are included with the BREWHA Microbrewery complete equipment package.

Optional hardware that is not included but can be added:

• Dry Hop Sight Glass Assembly
• Sampling Valve Non-foaming Pigtail Attachment

It's the most economical way to brew the best beer! By boiling directly in the brewery fermenter and not having to chemical clean after each brew, you save time, labor, and eliminate the risk of chemical contamination in your beer.
